“My little boy is nearly three and Pinocchio was his first trip to the theatre, so I really wasn’t sure how it was going to go. But I was amazed. He sat still for the entire production, just over an hour, and seemed fascinated by the puppetry and live music, clapping along and talking to us about what he was seeing on stage. It was so lovely to be a part of. And as we walked out the theatre, he turned to me and said: “Mummy, I liked that.” High praise indeed for a toddler who at times can be very hard to please!…The show was extremely clever and I was very impressed by the fantastic use of staging, which is definitely one of the key elements, along with the lively music, that kept my little boy transfixed throughout.”

“We watched Pinocchio today at the Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich. What a brilliantly clever version of a classic tale. We laughed like we haven’t done in ages and we were moved by its beauty. I feel very privileged to have watched such a fantastic show with my daughter who smiled and danced the whole way through. I hope to be able to see another show soon!”

“Amazing energy at today’s Pinocchio at Cambridge Junction! My three year old laughed so much and really engaged with the show. Superb use of stage space and props, particularly loved the boho shabby chic props, the snail outfit particularly – all character changes were seamless! The music was wonderful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for making our first ever theatre experience together truly memorable!!”

“The children had a lovely afternoon watching Pinnochio. They were drawn into the magical world created by Stuff and Nonsense. For many of them it was their first time in a theatre! We loved the playfulness, the music and dancing and clever use of the stage set. The show was packed with energy, emotions and surprises. Hopefully this will wet the children’s appetite to see more live performances.”
